20 Years After extinction, the U.S. branded computer

U.S. home-brand computers, so says the founder of Taiwanese PC manufacturer Acer, will be extinct within the next 20 years. According to Stan Shih, the U.S. is not good at producing PCs inexpensive demanded by the market.

Trend of cheap computers, Shih said as quoted by Commercial Times, will be sustained for many years. But U.S. computer makers do not know how to put such products on the market.

Therefore he predicts that the U.S. computer brands may be gone in 20 years time, just like what happened with the U.S. television brand.

Acer itself is a leading player in the computer world, and has defeated Dell. Acer, Shih claims, is likely to be evicted as a vendor PC HP topnotch in 2011.

Which should be noted, the U.S. market a bit strange. For example, Apple is selling very expensive PC sells there.
